The method for regulation of biological process of human organisms on cellular plain by applying electromagnetic field in the organisms with a defined frequency modulation for producing action potentials in excitable cells, comprises stimulating cells of biological organism with oscillation harmonious electro-magnetic oscillations with frequency, amplitude and frequency change, in a range of 4-14 kHz. The frequency, amplitude and frequency change controllable in complex software are implemented in a manner so that each excited cell is produced between 300 to 800 action potentials. The method for regulation of biological process of human organisms on cellular plain by applying electromagnetic field in the organisms with a defined frequency modulation for producing action potentials in excitable cells, comprises stimulating cells of biological organism with oscillation harmonious electro-magnetic oscillations with frequency, amplitude and frequency change, in a range of 4-14 kHz, controllable in complex software. The frequency, amplitude and frequency change controllable in complex software are implemented in a manner so that each excited cell is produced between 300 to 800 action potentials and the respective action potential is transferred for reaching an uninterrupted chain reaction at a neighbor cell of a cell association in order to work against the natural cell reaction and limitation of the penetration depth into the biocells. The harmonious electro-magnetic oscillation is produced by a frequency generator that is controlled over a computer control with software in which the frequency modulation is permanently frequency-modulated in a pre-determined time-dependent rhythm. The software is arranged for controlling the frequency generator for unspecific regulation of the cell associate, weakened by inflammations, individually at the relevant treatment case and the human organism. The harmonious electro-magnetic oscillation is produced by electrodes applied on the skin area in the biological organisms.
