Steering link component for motor vehicle, has locking unit arranged within component at front-side end of shaft and defining amount of adjusting path of shaft in relation to pipe by arrangement of locking unit
The component has a pipe (2) provided with an inner thread (1) in a rotation direction. An adjusting sleeve (3) is screwed into the pipe at an end side, where the adjusting sleeve has an inner thread (4) that is provided opposite to the rotation direction. A shaft (5) is screwed in the inner thread. An adjusting path (X) of the shaft is limited by a locking unit (6), where the locking unit is arranged within the component at a front-side end (7) of the shaft. The locking unit defines an amount of the adjusting path of the shaft in relation to the pipe by the arrangement of the locking unit.
