The device (100) has a biasing unit (5) producing form-fitting connection of a movable component (1) i.e. shaft, and a reference component (2) i.e. housing. The biasing unit and a locking element (3) or a counter-locking unit i.e. stopper, are in series connection with the movable and reference components in a fitted condition of the device and during the form-fitting connection. The biasing unit has a friction surface corresponding with a counter-friction surface. Retention force of the biasing unit is produced by reset force of a spring element (10) i.e. disk spring, of the biasing unit.
