The press apparatus (1) has a counter roller (3) that is supported by support stand (5,8) at roller edge portion. An insertion pin (11) which is guided through the holes (10,19) is extended in parallel with respect to roller edge portion of roller shaft (6,7). The cross-section area of hole (19) of support stand and cross-sectional area of the hole (10) of joint element (9) are formed larger than the cross-sectional area of insertion pin. The insertion pin is inserted into the hole (19) of support stand from the attachment or removal position.
