The method involves pointing motorists and cyclists to a green arrow (6) by a communication unit (12) i.e. antenna, which is formed to communicate information to the green arrow. The information is determined based on traffic conditions. The information to the green arrow and the information to the traffic conditions are processed such that a driver of a vehicle (14) i.e. car, is provided with a recommendation for an action of driving the vehicle. The communication unit is formed to point the motorists and cyclists about the presence of the green arrow at a light signaling system (4).
