The arrangement (1) has a parallely running fin tube bundle (8) formed from fin tubes (2). Sheet metal ribs (4) are spaced radially from a pipe (3) and surround the pipe, where the sheet metal ribs comprise sections (6). The sheet metal ribs are arranged along the pipe with a distance to each other. Free spaces (15) extend linearly through the fin tube bundle. The free spaces extend orthogonal to a longitudinal extension of the fin tube bundle with the distance to the pipe of the fin tubes. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a piping system arrangement.
