The module (10) has electrical and electronic elements such as ceramic capacitor or foil capacitor (18), flip chip slug up element (24) and a flip chip slug down element (26), arranged on a base printed circuit board or substrate (12). The board is electrically contacted at contacting regions or direct plug (38) and cutting clamp plug (40). A mold window (22) is attached to the electrical and electronic elements for heat dissipation in molding compounds (20, 50). The board has electrical through connections (28, 30) at positions of the electrical and electronic elements. The mold window is made of thermally conductive materials i.e. copper inlays, and/or thermally conductive plastic. The molding compound contains filling materials such as aluminum nitrite, carbon nano-tube, metal fibers, metallic powders or metal balls.
