The driving toy vehicle (1) has a vehicle frame (3) i.e. chassis, comprising a frame main plane (6). A guiding bottom (4) comprises a lower bottom end section (16) that is insertable into a guide groove (8) of a track-guided toy car racing path (7). The guiding bottom is rotatably supported at the vehicle frame around a pivoting axis (18) that is perpendicular to the frame main plane. A drive unit comprises two drive wheels, which are supported at the vehicle frame. The drive unit drives the drive wheels with same or different rotational speeds and is provided with an electric motor.
