The system has a set of vehicle parts e.g. seat lower part (2) and a seat upper part (1), relatively moved to each other by a spring element (9). A set of inertia elements (12, 12a, 12b) is arranged on another spring element (10), where inertia force of the inertia acts on a set of adjusting units (14, 14a, 14b, 15) during arising vibratory movement of one of the set of vehicle parts for sequential readjusting a spring-relevant parameter of the latter spring element to change a vibration transfer function. Each inertia element is a mass element with a predeterminable mass.
