The device comprises a cold water supply conduit (1), a circulation supply conduit, a hot water discharge conduit (11), three pumps, two heat exchangers (5, 7), a storage (10) for drinking water, a mixing point (2), a distribution point, a mixing-/distributing point, and a mixing valve. A first pipeline of the mixing-/distributing point over the first pump, a second pipeline from the distribution point and a further pipeline are joined over a secondary side of the heat exchanger and the storage, over which the distribution point guides to the mixing-/distributing point.
