The method involves designing a thread filament (2) on a lower mold (13), where the filament is cut to a length such that the length of the filament slightly exceeds a length to be required for later usage. A set of clamping elements is attached at both ends, where the clamping elements are spaced such that a defined stretching of the thread filament is achieved. The thread filament is covered for complete soaking of the stretched thread filament. The consolidation of a composite material is concluded by a resin infusion process. An independent claim is also included for a belt-like composite material.
