The device has sensors (19) i.e. resistance strain gauges, for detecting forces developed during driving. A rotor electronic circuit (11) is inductively connected with a receiver of a stator electronic circuit (24) by a remote controlled scanning clock and a data coupler. The receiver is connected with a universal serial bus (USB)(31) or an Ethernetinterface, and with an external rotation angle transmitter by a rotation angle converter. The USBor the Ethernetinterface is coupled with a data detection and analysis unit.
