The seat pan and/or the back rest has retaining elements (18) for being held by a person. The retaining elements are dimensioned such that the retaining elements accommodate a large part of body weight of the person. The retaining elements have a recess for being gripped by a hand, and a grip with a stabilizing reinforcement core. The retaining elements are connected with the seat pan and/or the back rest.
