The structure has fiber-like element semiconductor and/or connecting semiconductor that are formed by twisting, braiding, sewing and/or weaving into one, two and three dimensional structures. The one-dimensional structures have rovings and tapes. The two-dimensional structures have unidirectional fabric formed by plain weaving. The three-dimensional structures have fabric formed by knitting, three-dimensional braiding and sewing. The structures have preset geometry and alignment and utilized in solar cells for power generation.
