The assembly has a housing section (1) comprising a sealing surface (4), and a frame cover (2) made of aluminum-cast alloy. The housing section and the frame cover are attached by the sealing surface. A contact surface (7) is provided in the frame cover corresponding to the sealing surface. Recesses (5) are formed at the sealing surface and the contact surface. A liquid sealant (6) is provided at the recesses. The frame cover comprises a ring groove (9) at which a conical section (8) is attached. A sleeve (3) is provided in the ring groove.
