The system has an outer air unit, an exhaust air unit, a heat recovery unit e.g. air-to-air heat exchanger, a convector unit and a control and/or regulation unit, where the units are formed as modular units, arranged removably from each other and integrated in a facade segment of a building. The outer air unit has an outer air fan, an outer air filter and/or an outer air-cover flap unit, and the exhaust air unit has an exhaust air fan and/or a waste air cover flap unit, where the segment is a non-transparent glass panel element with a door and/or a window from glass.
