The implant has an implant body (1) with an external screw thread (4). The implant body is subdivided into an apical part (2) and a cervical part (3) in an axial direction, where distance between the apical part and the cervical part is adjusted in the axial direction. The apical part and the cervical part are detachably connected with each other by forming a connection of an implantable unit. The external screw thread extends over the cervical part and the apical part. The apical part and the cervical part are connected with each other by a cutting pin (9) in a torque proof manner. An independent claim is also included for a circular saw comprising a circular saw blade.
