The tappet (1) has a cup-like outer part (2) whose base (3) is present as a constant thin wall disk. A disk like-insert (17) with its upper side (18) lies at a lower side (16) of the base. Two diametrically opposing holes (20, 21) open at an inner cover (19) of the insert. A coupling valve (22) and a decoupling valve (23) are positioned in respective holes, and lie at an outer cover of a coupling ring (13). Inner and outer covers (12, 26) of planes lie at respective flattening of an outer cover (11) of an inner part (7) and the inner cover of the insert.
