The winder has a clamping arm (2), which is adjustable in slots (14) and inserted with radial adjustment into a disk (1), and a laminar rear latch (21) and a laminar front latch (23) shifted against each other on a longitudinal axis of the clamping arm around strength of the disk. Two bearing surfaces (22, 24) of the rear and the front latches are fixed parallel to each other. The bearing surface of the rear latch lies on a rear side (13) of the disk, and the bearing surface of the front latch lies on a front side (12) of the disk. The rear latch is guided by a lug opening (15).
