The unit has a heated evaporator pipe (17) embedded in a rectangular-shaped heat storage block (2). A liquid condensate is dropped into the pipe at a predetermined amount, and a steam is formed in the pipe. Heat content is utilized for heating and generating secondary energy, and a heat exchanger (4) is accommodated in a water bath of a water container (20). The steam is controlled by the exchanger such that the condensate occurred in the exchanger is discharged from the region of the exchanger without being mixed with the water in the bath, where the exchanger is located in the bath.
