摘要

The method involves exposing a surface of a metallic workpiece to solidification radiation by ball like glass bodies such that the surface is solidified. The solidified surface is electropolished in an electrochemical abrasion process using an external power source for reducing surface roughness. The surface is coated with a nano-structured coating e.g. varnish, staggered with ceramic particles. The coating is annealed in a temperature ranging from 100 to 200 degree Celsius. The glass bodies include 65 percentage of silicon during radiation.
