The flat element (1) has a metal sheet (MB) in which a stamping semi-bead having two edges is stamped. An area (PB) of the metal sheet is stamped between the edges, with thickness less than that of other areas of the metal sheet. The semi-bead has a continuous closed loop in a plane of the metal sheet, where the closed loop surrounds a surface. The area is adjacent to sides of an edge region and an outer region. The metal sheet is stamped in the outer region, with thickness less than a source sheet thickness. The flat element has an upper surface comprising an elastic, non-metallic inorganic or organic coating having fluoropolymer.
