The arrangement has a loud speaker (22) integrated in a body (10) of a motor vehicle. A vehicle floor (14) extends outwardly to a side barrier (16) in a region of a passenger compartment and reinforced by a carrier structure (21). The loud speaker is integrated in the carrier structure of the vehicle floor. A carrier (24) of the carrier structure is arranged on top side of the vehicle floor. The loud speaker (22) has a resonance chamber, which is formed by the carrier. The carrier is formed from sheet metal formed parts or cast components.
