The method involves installing a supply pipeline (12) i.e. rollable continuous pipe, for liquids or gases at a pipeline start point from a point of origin to predefined end points. The pipeline is laid in a proximate bank of a river system or in a river bed (10) of the river system. The liquids or gases are conducted through the pipeline. An expandable outer shell of a framework is pressed at an inner wall of the pipeline by a portable expanding mechanism. The pipeline is extended outside a shipping channel (13) for a ship. The pipeline is made of plastic. An independent claim is also included for an inner sleeve for sealing a leakage in a pipeline.
