The device has a console (1) including a console base body (11) and a locking bolt (12). The locking bolt is taken up in a locking bolt admission of the base body. The locking bolt admission is arranged for springy admission of the locking bolt. The console base body has a U-shaped form with a base side in a cross section and two brackets. The base body is equipped with a window profile connection (13). The locking bolt admission comprises a slotted hole (14), and a spring i.e. coil spring. The locking bolt is extended from one of the brackets to another bracket of the base body.
