The heat exchanger is coupled with a cooling system of a combustion engine in a warm-transferring manner. An interface is provided for coupling the cooling system with the house-lateral heating system. A pump is provided for enabling a cooling agent cycle between the house-lateral heat exchanger and the cooling system.
