The scaffolding system has multiple scaffolding poles, a scaffold board (2) and a fastening system (3) for detachable fastening of a surface carrier (1) above or at the scaffold board. The fastening system is formed by a detachable form closure or a force closure. The surface carrier is made of corrugated, thin plastic. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a part of a fastening system for a surface carrier in the extrusion process; and (2) a method for manufacturing a part of a protective cover for the fastening system for a surface carrier in the extrusion process.
