The truck has convertible soft top made of tarpaulins. A load deck shields loaded passenger cars in relation to external environment. A structure (1) is designed as a framework, and the load deck made of tarpaulins is formed as a lining that is arranged within pre-determined regions of the framework. The framework has two vertically transverse portals (2, 3) provided on a chassis of the truck, and longitudinal bars (4) connected above the transverse portals. The tarpaulins are designed as sliding tarpaulins (11) and a roof folding tarpaulin (13).
