The method involves providing particle systems as components of transmission systems, which are defined for transmitting kinetic energy. The transmission systems are formed as components of reference systems, and are differentiated by its relative speed to the reference systems. The particle systems are moved in the reference systems, and a rotor (4) is provided in the transmission systems, for missing variability of a small freely-movable elementary particle of gas, which is sealed in the rotor by radially and tangentially acting force. An independent claim is also included for a device for transmission and transformation of reactive force of an elementary particle of a solid body, including a rotor.
