The arrangement (16) has friction clutches (42, 44) including input members (46, 48), which are connected with a drive shaft (28). The friction clutches include outlet members (50, 52, 82, 84) that are connected with a drive input shaft (38). Hydraulic actuators (68, 70) actuate the friction clutches, and are arranged on a housing-fixed hub (58), where the friction clutches are directly actuated by a double-row axial bearing (74) that is connected with a housing (62) on a drive side (A) of the arrangement. A coupling plate (54) is radially mounted on the hub. An independent claim is also included for a method for actuating a friction clutch.
