The shaft (10) has a supporting bush device (16) in which a shaft mechanism (14) is provided. The supporting bush device is designed such that the shaft is screwable with a turbocharger housing (26) at an outer circumference of the supporting bush device over a part of the length or over the entire length with an outer thread (36).
