The method involves providing supplementary information e.g. text information (43), relative to an electronic search image (21) in an analysis device (30). The search image is analyzed using an image analysis method by the analysis device. A result of the analyzed search image is compared with electronic images (32, 42, 46) using another image analysis method. The electronic images of data sets (41, 45) i.e. Internet sites, are stored in a result file (31), where a correlation degree of the electronic images with the electronic search image exceeds a preset threshold. An independent claim is also included for a system for automatically finding electronic images in a data collection.
