New silicon, aluminum, oxygen and nitrogen solid compound having defect free crystal structure of polyhydric coordination with a cation and an anion useful to prepare wear and tear ceramics and composites, preferably in warehouse
Silicon, aluminum, oxygen and nitrogen solid compound (I), is new, where (I) has defect free crystal structure of polyhydric coordination with a cation in octahedral form and an anion in tetrahedral form. Silicon, aluminum, oxygen and nitrogen containing solid compound of formula (Si 1-xAl 1-y(Mv) z(Mv1) z1)O 2-kN l) (I), is new, where (I) has defect free crystal structure of polyhydric coordination with cation (kvi +) in octahedral form and an anion (Avj -) in tetrahedral form. Mv, Mv1 : H +, Li +, Be 2+, Cr 3+, Co 3+, Fe 3+, Ga 3+, C 4+, Ni 3+, Ti 3+, Ti 4+, V 3+, Rh 3+or Zr 4+; x : -0.1 to 0.1; y : -0.1 to 0.1; z, z1 : 0-0.1; l : 0.5-1.5, where 4.(1-x)+3.(1-y)+v.z+v1.z1 is equal to 2(2-k)+3l; 2-k+l : 1.9-3.1; k : -0.5 to 0.5; kvi +Si 4+, Al 3+, Mv or Mv1; and Avj -O 2-or N 3-. where the sum of z and z1 is less than the sum of x and y. An independent claim is included for the preparation of (I).
