The implant (16) has two closure elements (18, 20) separated from each other, and directly or indirectly movable relative to each other. Each of the closure elements has fastening element retainers (32) that are arranged in a uniform pattern at equal distances, where the retainers are formed as apertures (34) or boreholes (36). The retainers are arranged parallel to a longitudinal direction that is defined by the closure elements, where the implant is made of plastic e.g. polyurethane, polyether ether ketone and polyethylene, or metal e.g. titanium.
