Electrical coil three-dimensionally winding method for e.g. stator of motor, involves three-dimensionally and rotatingly winding linear conductor around neutral fiber and producing wound electrical coil after end of winding process

The method involves winding layers with high filing factors in sealed manner. Relative movements of a multi-axle manipulator between a molded body and a roller body are controlled for a three-dimensional winding process. A linear conductor (2) is three-dimensionally and rotatingly wound around a neutral fiber during the winding process. A wound electrical coil (1) is self-supportingly produced after end of the winding process. The coil is withdrawn using the manipulator according to variation of contours of volumes of a molded body.
