The hinge (100) has a frame extension portion (101) fastened at a frame (30) or at a frame upturn beam (31). A hinge bracket is bent such that the bracket is formed in G-shape at the frame. The frame extension portion, a central portion (102), a middle section (103) and a hinge bearing-receiving section (104) are arranged with a hinge bearing (1) for a rotation of a door around 150 degrees and/or with a recess area for the rotation of the door, about 180 degrees around a rotation axis (2) of the hinge bearing, from a closed position of the door in to an open position of the door. An independent claim is also included for a door comprising a door chamfer.
