The printing form has an intermediate layer, a separating layer and a structured hard material layer arranged one after another on a carrier. The structured hard material layer consists of binary or ternary nickel based alloy with cobalt, phosphorous, molybdenum, tungsten or alloying elements. The intermediate layer consists of copper, and the carrier is designed as a carrier roll, a tube or a base sleeve, where the carrier is made of steel, fiber composite material, aluminum, aluminum alloy, nickel, nickel-alloy or plastic material.
