The device has a supply channel (1) comprising medium connectors (2, 3), where cable holders (5, 6) are connectable with the channel in an area of connectors and hold a cable or hose. The holders have two side pieces (8, 9) that are arranged together in an U-shape and comprising a guiding opening. A section (7) for reducing the cross section of the side pieces is provided with a clearance that changes along the side piece, where the section receives the hose or cable. The guiding opening is designed as a guiding slot (10) that is openable against each other by deformation of the side pieces.
