The torsion angle sensor (1) has a torsion bar (5), by which the two shafts are connected with each other, housing (2) and a rotational position sensor. The two planetary gears (6,7) are provided, whose sun wheels (8,9) are fastened on one of the two shafts. The planetary wheels (10,11) of the two planetary gears are supported on a common planetary wheel carrier (12).
