A closure apparatus (125) is placed on or in the filling hole to automatically close or clog the hole after completion of filling of the bag. An inward-turned portion is placed on the filling hole, where the inward-turned portion extends partially into interior (124) of the bag. The inward-turned portion has an outlet that is turned toward the interior of the bag, and is beak-shaped or slot-shaped during an inactive working position. The bag is made of plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for augmenting a fractured vertebra body.
