The device is a wiping device, which comprises a drivable swivel joint arranged in middle of the container, and a wiper lever (7) rotating around rotation joint (6). The rotating joint exists with external of the container cover and is connected by hand drivable control knob (8), which immerses with its total external measure in a recessed grip of the container cover.
