The dispenser (1) has an application tip (4) pointing a pin-storage container (2) when pressure is exerted on an opposite end of the tip. The tip is arranged in a direction of the container against spring force. The tip is dipped into a chamber (10), so as to transfer an oil droplet to an end of the tip pointing to the container by displacement of an end of the tip pointing to the container towards a receiving connecting piece (7). The oil droplet is kicked by openings (9) and held based on capillary forces at an outlet end of the openings, and surrounds a pivot (8).
