The dosing device has a dosing line (11), where an end of the dosing line is connected with a storage container (1). Another end of the dosing line is connectably arranged with a bioreactor (10) in such a manner that a substrate (9) is supplied by the dosing line to the bioreactor. A controlling unit (2) is provided, by which a retainer locking device and a delivery locking device are independently closed or opened in a regulating or controlling manner.
