The method involves forming a stack (1) from multiple spreading of electric fields and multiple electrode layers (3, 4), and reactivating a material layer (2) to electric fields. The material layer is arranged between the electrode layers, and a structured sacrificial layer (7) is applied on stack peripheral regions (5, 6) of the stack. The stack peripheral regions are covered with an electrically conducting coating, and are provided with the sacrificial layer. The sacrificial layer is completely removed. A lacquer or a foil is utilized as the sacrificial layer.
