Topical application form comprises a carrier material, which is applied with a hydrocolloid matrix, where the hydrocolloid matrix comprises a combination of at least two hydrocolloids or hydro-gels and at least one additional excipient and the application form is prepared in such a manner that it is present on at least the side of the skin in an undried form. An independent claim is also included for a packing unit comprising the topical application form and a moisture-proof envelope.
