The surgical interface with a support for a wound, comprises a composition applied on the support by coating with a non-woven hydrophobic sheet and comprising a hydrophobic matrix with triblock elastomer (A), plasticizing oil (B), polyethylene (C) and a hydrocolloid dispersed in the matrix in a proportion of 5-15%. Distributed through holes are arranged in the sheet of the interface. The interface is associated with an additional layer in a side opposite to the wound, and with two external protective layers before and/or after the application of the composition to the support. The surgical interface with a support for a wound, comprises a composition applied on the support by coating with a non-woven hydrophobic sheet and comprising a hydrophobic matrix with triblock elastomer (A), plasticizing oil (B), polyethylene (C) and a hydrocolloid dispersed in the matrix in a proportion of 5-15%. Distributed through holes are arranged in the sheet of the interface. The interface is associated with an additional layer in a side opposite to the wound, and with two external protective layers before and/or after the application of the composition to the support. The viscosity of the composition and application conditions are chosen so that the coating permeates the entire sheet and is present on both sides of the sheet. The non-woven fabric is obtained by melting a synthetic polymer, and has a surface weight of 15-30 g/m 2, thickness of 80-150 mu m. The composition satisfies the following relationship, A=100, B is 300-500 and C is 0-80.
