Method for reconstructing data sets of computerized tomography-image of e.g. human, from projection data sets, involves tomographically representing determined partial density of examination object
The method involves calculating a local measurement spectrum-based weighting function at a location of an examination object i.e. patient (7), based on recently known material distribution in the examination object with a material-specific energy-based attenuation function. Material analysis is implemented for a basic material e.g. contrast agent, such that material-specific local partial density of the examination object is determined based on the weighting function and the attenuation function. The determined partial density of the examination object is tomographically represented. An independent claim is also included for a computerized tomography system for scanning an examination object.
