The dispenser (10) has a spray nozzle, a sucking device (30) and two transportation pipes i.e. transportation lines (28, 32) provided for liquid disinfectant. The sucking device clamps an opening of a transportation container (24) by a suction spout of the sucking device for withdrawing the disinfectant from the container. The container has an inner container part for storing the liquid disinfectant. The inner container part is formed by a disinfectant-resistant, flexible tube and forms an unit together with the transportation container.
