Automated friction clutch controlling method for motor vehicle, involves adapting final set point for rotational speed gradient of drive-side element to speed gradient of output side element for completion of closing process
The method involves drive-side coupling an automated friction clutch of a motor vehicle with a drive machine and a switchable multi-speed gearbox. The friction clutch is provided with a drive-side friction element (16a) and an output side friction element (18a) that are transferred from a slipping or open position to a closed position during closing process. A final set point for a rotational speed gradient of the drive-side friction element is adapted to actual rotational speed gradient of the output side friction element for completion of the closing process.
