The plant (100) has a number of endothermic high temperature seebeck elements (6), which are arranged in a heating zone (1) e.g. heat pipe (3), and outside of a cooling zone (2) e.g. cooling pipe (4). A number of low-temperature seebeck elements (7) are arranged in the cooling zone. An electrical power is removable at one of the seebeck elements. A heat fluid (12) is provided in the heating zone, and cooling fluid (13) e.g. water, flows through the cooling zone. The heating fluid has higher temperature in relation to the cooling fluid, where the zones are thermally isolated from each other.
